1. Professional Master’s Degree in Economic Policy Management (EPM) — Master 1

Cohort: 2nd Cohort (2026-2027).

Recruitment: forty (40) auditors, through a competitive entrance examination.

Description: Two (02)-year Master’s degree, awarded by the University of Yaoundé II-Soa. Courses delivered by national and international lecturers, researchers and professionals from renowned institutions, both online and in person, open to professionals from Central African countries and the Great Lakes Region.

Funding: applicant, employer or any other development partner.

Application file: Fee: 25,000 FCFA (non-refundable), payable to BANGE BANK CAMEROUN (10040 01003 38501008001-16) or UBA Cameroun (10033-05207-07007000112-57).

Preliminary documents: motivated application letter to the Rector, CV, payment receipt.

Required documents: certified copy of highest diploma, certified copy of the GCE Advanced Level (or equivalent), certified transcripts from year one onward, certified birth certificate, academic or professional recommendation letter.

2. Master in Data, Economics and Development Policy (MDEDP)

Cohort: 5th Cohort (first year), developed in partnership with the World Bank.

Recruitment: forty (40) students, through file review.

Description: Two (02)-year Master’s degree, awarded by the University of Yaoundé II-Soa. Courses delivered by national and international lecturers, researchers and professionals from renowned institutions, both online and in person, open to professionals from Central African countries and the Great Lakes Region.

Funding: applicant, employer, public administration or any other development partner. The University of Yaoundé II-Soa may grant a limited number of financial facilities to eligible Cameroonian students.

The top graduate of the cohort will benefit from a fully-funded study stay abroad at one of the EPM/GPE Programme’s partner institutions. Under the Programme’s partnership with the World Bank, outstanding students may also be offered academic internship opportunities.

3. Professional Master’s Degree in Economic Policy Management (EPM) — Master 2

Cohort: 24th Cohort (2026-2027).

Recruitment: thirty (30) auditors, through a competitive entrance examination.

Description: Twelve (12)-month professional Master’s degree, awarded by the University of Yaoundé II-Soa. Courses delivered by academic researchers and national/international experts, in-person and online.

Funding: applicant, public administration, or development partner. The University of Yaoundé II-Soa may grant a limited number of financial facilities to eligible Cameroonian auditors.

The top graduate of the cohort will benefit from a fully-funded study stay abroad at one of the EPM Programme’s partner institutions. Under the Programme’s partnership with the World Bank, outstanding students may also be offered academic internship opportunities.
